Polly is responsible for the admin and employee support all year round. She is accountable for all the behind the scenes operations that keeps AgriBale running smoothly.

Harvest Manager

Ronnie, the resident Kiwi, is the go to man for the harvest staff during our busy season. He is responsible for ensuring efficient operations are carried out by our baling and chasing teams. With his experience in operating machinery he is on hand for training and support.

Company Mascot

Lesley has become a part of the AgriBale furniture. He is progressed to running a lorry full time, hauling straw to power stations and also assists with stacking and baling operations during harvest.

Telehandler Operator

Matt has been with us for a while now and is the main man when it comes to loading the straw to the power stations. Originally from Guernsey and being fluent in French making him key to the AgriBale Ltd International relationships!

Finance Director

Jodie joined AgriBale in 2022. She is responsible for the accounts across not just AgriBale but Big Bale North and Northern Straw Co. Her tractor driving skills are questionable but she is a weapon on a spreadsheet!

Workshop Manager

Bob joined us to assist in the workshop and take control of all vehicle maintenance. He is responsible for the Big Bale North parts provided to customers out of the AgriBale depot and maintains the AgriBale machinery vehicle fleet.
